Assessment services provided are based on best practices in Pediatric Occupational Therapy and include the following steps:

• Standardized and functional tests
• Skilled observations of behaviour and quality of movement
• Parent interview and questionnaire
• Teacher interview and questionnaire
• Scoring, summary and interpretation of test results
• In-depth written report with specific recommendations

Rates

• $100 per hour for assessment, therapy and report documentation
  Each session runs for an hour and is usually made up of 45 minutes with the child and 15 minutes discussing recommendations, goals or plans.
• $50 per hour for travel to and from the child’s home
